Photographers and videographers have been out on the Outer Banks this morning, taking stock of the snow.
Rick Anderson plies his trade in Kill Devil Hills, NC. He has been busy documenting the precipitation near his home.
He's out on the roads, taking pictures. He headed to the beach to look at the accumulation.
