Telemarketing Case Heads Toward High Court

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule next year on a case that accuses telemarketer of fraud for pocketing funds solicited on behalf of charities. NPR's Bob Edwards talks with Georgetown law professor Paul Rothstein.
