Join the Poetry Cafe for a celebration of poetry, music, and syndication. Hosted by North Carolina poet Josephus III, the Poetry Cafe will join WUNC as a weekly radio program that showcases talented artists from all over the world in the genres of Spoken Word & Poetry, Hip-Hop, and R&B. Through this celebratory event, WUNC and the Poetry Cafe will bring communities together through shared stories and experiences. During our pre-show reception, audience members will have a chance to eat, mingle, meet the team, and ask questions about the new syndicated show!
