The Haves and Have-Nots in Trade With China

President Hu Jintao's first visit to the United States since taking office comes as many Americans are calling for tough action on China's trade policies. In 2005, the U.S. trade deficit with China stood at $200 billion.

Economists say the monetary and business policies behind the imbalance have both hurt and helped some Americans.
