There are special elections for the 3rd and 9th seats next month. Sitting U.S. House member David Price, a Democrat, reversed course in recent days and now backs an impeachment inquiry of President Trump. To discuss those stories, as well as the cluttered Democratic presidential race, is Chris Cooper, professor of political science and public affairs at Western Carolina University.
