Burlington has named Bob Patterson its new city manager.
He’ll take over for Craig Honeycutt, who is retiring at the end of the year. Patterson has worked for the city for more than two decades, serving in a variety of roles, including water resources director. He’s been an assistant city manager since August.
Patterson will begin serving in his new role on Oct. 30.
