Led by former child actors Jenny Lewis and Blake Sennett, the L.A. band gained underground notoriety with its catchy indie-pop in the late '90s and early '00s. Group members have found success in not only Rilo Kiley, but also side projects such as The Postal Service, The Elected, and Lewis' album with The Watson Twins, Rabbit Fur Coat. The recent Under the Blacklight, Rilo Kiley's first album on a major label (and fourth overall), is a smart and hard-driving pop production.
