The 48th annual Grammy Awards were presented on Wednesday night and American composer William Bolcom took three of the top classical awards. His Songs of Innocence and of Experience, a musical interpretation of William Blake's 46 poems, won best classical album, best choral performance and best classical contemporary composition.
