A new online global network exclusively for women CEO's and business owners has launched out of Greensboro.
She Wolf Collaborative brings together highly vetted and diverse women looking for advice and support from their peers.
Interested CEOs or business owners have to apply, and then be invited and interviewed. They also need to have an existing company and sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Jordan Lacenski is the co-founder of She Wolf. She said it's time for women to know the ins and outs of running or owning a business.
“There's a large conversation about getting a seat at the table and this has been something that's been going on for a long time and we're starting to create our own table and our own way of owning businesses and that's amazing,” she said.
Her goal is to have 300 members by the end of next year.
She Wolf not only brings women together, it also teaches them how to gain revenue, employees and success.
Lacenski said it’s important that women-owned businesses stay around and have a type sisterhood.
“I think it’s important to recognize and be surrounded by other women who are going through what you're going through and can lend a hand and help lift you up.”
