As the budget stalemate lingers in Raleigh, rumors of another gubernatorial candidate came to fruition this week.

Becki Gray of the conservative John Locke Foundation and Rob Schofield of the liberal Justice Center review the Week in State Politics, which also included the first week of a partisan gerrymandering trial playing out in state court. 

And, the panelists reflect on a major anniversary.
