The story weather didn't stop the party at the International Bluegrass Music Association festivities in Raleigh last night.  The IBMA Awards show went on inside the Raleigh Convention Center.

The Gibson Brothers hosted the show. Banjo player Eric Gibson was big enough to let his brother Leigh sleep in and to tell us about last night.

You can find the winners at the IBMA website, but here are a few highlights:

  • The Earls of Leicester won Instrumental Group of the Year and Entertainer of the Year.
  • Balsam Range took home awards for Vocal Group of the Year and Song of the Year.
