U.K. Says Bomb Likely Brought Down Russian Plane Over Sinai

The British government announced Wednesday it fears a bomb may have caused the Russian plane flying from Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg to break up in mid-air over the Sinai Peninsula. NPR's Robert Siegel talks with aviation and travel writer Christine Negroni about how countries are determining the cause of the wreckage.
