If city planners have their way Raleigh will stop sprawling. A new plan called Raleigh 2030 was unveiled to the public at the Raleigh convention Center last night, and city officials will take public comments about it through January of 2009. So what's in the 380-page proposal? It includes increasing density downtown while slowing the development of the city's eastern edge. Reporter David Bracken of The News & Observer joins host Frank Stasio to talk about Raleigh's vision for itself in the year 2030.
