The Quigless family has a long history in Tarboro, North Carolina. In 1946, Dr. Milton Quigless opened the first clinic to serve Tarboro's African-American citizens. The family business served the community for almost three decades. Today, the doctor's youngest child, Carol, operates the Quigless Natural Health Center in the same facility where her father made history.
