Ten years ago this week, engineers jacked the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse off its foundation and slowly moved it away from the encroaching Atlantic Ocean. We'll speak with Mike Murray, superintendent of the Outer Banks Group of National Parks, about the move and the near constant man versus nature debate that exists in our National Parks.
