Twenty-five years ago, North Carolina hosted its first Gay Pride Festival. This year's event celebrates the social and political triumphs citizens of the state's gay communities have made and calls attention to important issues that affect homosexual, bisexual and transgendered residents. Writer Steven Petrow joins guest host Laura Leslie to talk about this year's festivities and his newly published profile of Julia Boseman, the state's only openly gay senator.
