Activist Kathy Rudy has been involved in animal rights for 10 years and she’s noticed a significant lack of minority participation in the movement. Rudy, an ethicist and an associate professor of Women's Studies at Duke University, joins host Frank Stasio to describe how the goals of animal activists can clash with the cultures and traditions of minority communities.
