Meet Ann Ross
Monday, August 02 2010
by Frank Stasio and Susan Davis
North Carolina State University Forensic Anthropologist Ann Ross has a British father and a Chilean mother. She grew up in the Canal Zone in Panama among many Americans and Ross is interested in identity, but not necessarily her own. She uses bones to identify the remains of victims of murder and other atrocities. She's applied her expertise to some of the most politically and emotionally sensitive places on earth including the Balkans, Panama, Chile, Africa and Rocky Mount, NC. Ross joins host Frank Stasio to talk about why hips don't lie.
