The Willie Painter Band is a foursome of seasoned singer-songwriters who have been staples on North Carolina’s music scene for more than two decades. Willie Painter, Bill Newton, Craig Dittmar and John Hanks join Frank Stasio to play some live tunes and to talk about how North Carolina’s music scene has changed in the years that they’ve been in it.
