ECU History Professor Gerald Prokopowicz is an expert on the civil war and host of Civil War Talk Radio. Prokopowicz trains his students to make history available and relevant to those of us outside the academy. And he’s written a book that answers the questions he gets most often about his favorite subject-Abraham Lincoln. Did Lincoln own slaves? He’ll answer that question and more when he joins host Frank Stasio in the studio.
