Dr. William Roper is the CEO of the UNC Health Care System and the dean of the UNC School of Medicine. During his career he also served as director of the Centers for Disease Control. Last month, he attended the statewide discussion where leaders shared their ideas for reforming health care with Nancy Ann DeParle the head of the president's new office on Health Reform. He joins host Frank Stasio to talk about what is wrong with our health care system and how we can fix it.
