It's a problem every parents faces: How do you get your child to eat food that is good for them? What's more, how do you help them develop healthy preferences and attitudes toward food that will last a lifetime? Host Frank Stasio talks with a group of food experts, all of whom are also mothers, about this daily challenge and its lifelong implications. His guests are Tanya Wenman Steel and Tracey Seaman, co-authors of the cookbook "Real Food for Healthy Kids"(William-Morrow, 2008); Suzanne Havala-Hobbs, a nutritionist at UNC-Chapel Hill’s School of Public Health and author of the weekly food column "On The Table"; and Eliana Perrin, assistant professor of pediatrics at UNC Medical School.
