Dolph Ramseur founded the Americana/roots record label Ramseur Records eight years ago with no professional experience in the music industry. He was a hard core fan, though, and he combined his business savvy and enthusiasm to build one of the most successful labels in North Carolina. Ramseur also manages the careers of acclaimed acts like the Carolina Chocolate Drops and the Avett Brothers. He joins host Frank Stasio to talk about following his passion and the future of Ramseur Records.
