We may see a budget deal today. The House Speaker's office says there may be an announcement "mid-afternoon" that House and Senate negotiators have finalized the details of their $18.9B proposal. There's no word yet how many details they'll release, but the plan (if it holds up) would be to print the bill over the weekend, read it in Monday, and vote Tues and Wed.
