Uncertainty and chaos continues to cloud North Carolina's upcoming election.

On Monday federal judged re-affirmed the state's U.S. House seats are illegal partisan gerrymanders, and left the door open to a possible special election.

Becki Gray of John Locke Foundation and Rob Schofield of NC Policy Watch discuss that a ruling, along with a update on the three-person race for state supreme court, a legislative committee focused on the governor, and an NC Policy Watch piecethat raises ethical questions about a no-bid contract with Apple.
