Charles Hill has a list of paintings he loves - some have been stolen, some he has recovered. He was the chief art detective at Scotland Yard, England, and now solves cases on his own. He went undercover to rescue The Scream by Edvard Munch and found it in a hiding place under a floor. He likes to go visit the paintings he has recovered when they are re-hung in museums - in their proper place.
